Greywater from showers and sinks will be recycled to irrigate gardens, while biodigesters will process blackwater on-site, safely returning nutrients to the soil. From day one, the goal is to achieve complete water independence.

ENERGY: A GRID-FREE FUTURE

Every home in Veritas will run on a combination of solar, wind, and hydro power, with battery storage to provide 24/7 reliability. Each property will feature a customized solar panel and inverter system, along with EV chargers to power vehicles using residents’ own clean energy. Without reliance on utility companies, there will be no blackouts, no exposure to rising rates, and—once complete—no electricity bills ever again.

Veritas will be equipped with Starlink satellite internet across the community, delivering speeds of up to 300 Mbps—ideal for entrepreneurs, digital nomads, and homeschooling families. 

This setup will fully support streaming, crypto trading, and remote business operations, while fibre optic service is being explored for future upgrades. Low-EMF infrastructure will also be implemented.

Homes will be constructed to California earthquake standards using concrete and steel, providing strength, durability, and low maintenance in Panama’s climate.
